I started going to Emma’s classes after breaking my shoulder. I was several months into physio and in discomfort. How could an outdoors exercise class possibly help and make me want to book more sessions?
I cannot recommend Emma enough. From the moment I arrive, I feel in really good hands. Emma has that unique ability of making everyone feel welcome. She knows when to push and motivate yet also knows when to ease up and individually adjust. She is well prepared, makes us laugh - it all feels effortless, yet there’s an overriding professionalism to every class. She packs in so much to 30 minutes and being outdoors with no wall of mirrors is a winner. I feel stronger and more positive about managing my injury thanks to her and the classes have complimented and sped up my physio.
