I can’t recommend Emma’s training enough. She knows exactly how to target areas of the body that need to be worked on, but is mindful of age-related changes and injuries and offers alternative exercises. She gives everyone individual attention, correcting form where needed, while still creating a really lovely atmosphere in the group. Her classes are a great start to my week, energising and motivating - I can always feel it when I’ve done one of Emma’s classes, but always come back for more!
